Analysis
For Levante, there
was more bad news for the club this week when defender Bruno
Cirillo returned to Italy, signing for Serie A side Reggina.
Javi Fuego and Christian Rigano are both injured while Manolo,
Miguel Robuste, Emilio Viqueira and Shota Arveladze have all
been left out of De Biasi's 19-man squad.
For Real Madrid,
Schuster has a number of absentees to cope with for the trip
east, with seven players unavailable for selection. Arjen Robben,
Roberto Soldado, Javier Balboa, Gabriel Heinze and Christoph
Metzelder are all injured, while Sergio Ramos is suspended and
Mahamadou Diarra is on African Nations Cup duty. Schuster does
have Fabio Cannavaro and Julio Baptista fit again, though, while
Van Nistelrooy returns after being rested for the cup match
against Mallorca. Goalkeeper Iker Casillas remains a question
mark because of illness.
