should I make my payment and how to make my payment?
All the payment should be made
within 24 hours after the payment reminder is sent to you.
What are the
payment method that I can used?
Currently,
only payment made by using Paypal, credit card and
debit card are allowed.
How if I forget to make my
payment within 24 hours?
You will receive a membership confirmation email from Soccerana
admin. If the payment is still not made within next 24 hours, no
football predictions will be sent to you.
Paid Service Questions
Do you offer soccer match predictions
whole year?
No, we only provide soccer predictions
start from September to May of the next year with a total of 9
months.
How many soccer match
prediction will I receive per month?
According to our record, we send a
minimum of 5 soccer predictions every month, But we will send
more if the prediction is available.
How do I receive soccer match
prediction upon subscription payment is made?
Upon registration, Soccerana admin will send you predictions
through SMS once the prediction is available.
How if I do not receive soccer match predictions even though
your website show that you have predicted that match?
If such an
event occur, please write to
admin@soccerana.com
immediately. Compensation will be made accordingly to you.
Is the subscription compulsory
for every month?
No, the subscription is on monthly
basis. If you do not bet for that particular month. You can
choose not to subscribe to the service for that month.
When
will I receive the soccer match prediction?
You will receive the soccer match prediction within 24 hours
before the match starts normally.
Will Soccerana admin predict
all the matches that are available?
Yes, Soccerana will predict all the matches that are available,
but Soccerana will not offer soccer match prediction with less
than 95% confidence. We do not risk gamble your money!
